Remodels & Renovations
Reimagining kitchens, baths, and whole-home layouts with a focus on beauty, functionality, and longevity. I work closely with architects, builders, and trades to refine plans, resolve challenges, and ensure every architectural and material decision is executed with uncompromising precision.
Full Furnishing & Styling
A fully realized transformation of your space—from custom furnishings and millwork to upholstery, lighting, window treatments, art, rugs, and accessories, including thoughtfully selected exterior details and outdoor pieces when appropriate. I orchestrate every element into a cohesive, finely honed design, all the way down to the bed linens and everyday pieces that complete the home.
New Construction & Additions
Designing from the ground up, I oversee all interior finish and material selections, ensuring the architecture, flow, and details come together in a cohesive, enduring whole.
The Initial Consultation
Every project begins with a dedicated in-home consultation—a focused working session that lasts 60–90 minutes. This is where I study your space, listen closely to your goals, and uncover the functional and aesthetic challenges to solve.
You’ll receive tailored insights and immediate recommendations designed to help you avoid costly missteps and move forward with confidence.
Following the consultation, I provide a detailed proposal outlining scope, estimated hours, and next steps—giving you complete clarity before any work begins.
The consultation fee is $550.
Our Full-Service Process
Phase 1: DESIGN
01. Discovery & Conceptual Design
I document your space comprehensively, learn your preferences, gather inspiration, and develop an early design direction grounded in how you live. I study flow, function, and your non-negotiables so that every decision supports a cohesive, thoughtful vision.
02. Design Development
I research and source every finish, fixture, material, furnishing, and detail—carefully evaluating what best suits your lifestyle and the architecture of your home. You’ll review visual presentations, detailed floor plans and elevations, and an array of samples you can see and touch.
Phase 2: EXECUTION AND IMPLEMENTATION
03. Purchasing & Project Coordination
Once selections are approved, I manage the full execution of your design: ordering, vendor coordination, budget tracking, delivery oversight, and troubleshooting. I work directly with your contractor and trades, making regular site visits to review progress and check quality, and stay actively involved in solving issues as they arise—often refining details, improving outcomes, or finding smarter solutions—so every detail is executed with precision throughout the build.
04. Installation & Styling
When construction is complete and furnishings arrive, I oversee the entire installation—placing furniture, arranging art, accessorizing, and refining every detail until the design is complete, including all punch-list items.
